Clayton-Bradley's Cross Country program is competing all over East Tennessee from Elementary through High School right now and they are all setting good paces in their meets.
There are a couple of things of note that have stood out so far:
Anya Biegalski has set school course records for the Middle School Girls in three of the races.
Ava Graves set a new High School Girls record at Cherokee Farm in the first race of the year and then placed in the top 15 in the High School Girls JV Division race at the Victor Ashe Classic and got a trophy.
Dustin Henderlight set a new High School Boys record at the Johnson Univertisy race, finishing 11th out of 143 boys.
The Middle School Girls finished 10th out of 42 teams at the Walters State race.
The Elementary Cross Country team has turned in better and better times through the four races that they have run. They have one more race left before the regional meet.
Both the Elementary and Middle School teams will compete at the Knoxville Youth Athletics Regional Meet on Saturday October 8th at Victor Ashe Park. Be sure to come out and cheer on CBA.
